Our blades are cut with a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Water Jet Cutter. The cold water eliminates the warping and distortion of the blade metal.
Exquisite Welds
We fix handles to blades with a generous bead of super-sticky silicon bronze to make a beautiful and super-strong joint.
