Domestic Free Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders and we ship domestic packages via United States Postal Service. Contact us if you have a different shipping preference; there will be an additional charge for this.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order for possible damage when you receive it. If your order is damaged, save the packing materials and notify the carrier immediately. And please let us know as well.

International Orders

If you are an INTERNATIONAL customer, please select “In Store Pickup” at checkout and we will contact you with the shipping charges. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

For INTERNATIONAL orders, we use UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please contact us if you have any trouble placing an international order! 

International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), etc. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.


Refunds and Returns

If for some reason you don’t like your purchase, we will gladly refund you within 30 days of the invoice date. Used pipes or punties are not eligible for a refund. After 30 days, we will give you a credit for the amount of the original purchase minus the shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We do not give refunds on special orders.
